Service Delivery Process

  1. Identification & Assessment
Children are identified through ACT programs, shelters, schools, outreach teams, child-protection agencies and community partners. Their age, size, gender, cultural needs and immediate clothing requirements are assessed.
  2. Clothing Procurement
ACT obtains clothing through responsible purchasing, donations, corporate sponsorships, community clothing drives and partnerships with retailers and manufacturers.
  3. Sorting & Quality Control
Donated clothing is inspected, cleaned where necessary, sorted by size and season, and only safe and suitable items are distributed. Damaged or inappropriate items are excluded.
  4. Individual Clothing Package
Each child receives an age- and size-appropriate clothing package based on their needs, climate and circumstances.
  5. Distribution
Clothing is provided discreetly through Angel Homes/Dream Homes, shelters, schools, community centres or ACT outreach programs, while preserving each child’s dignity and privacy.
  6. Monitoring & Replacement
ACT monitors children’s changing needs and provides replacement clothing as children grow or as items become worn or unsuitable.
